With an excellent pipeline of work ahead, they now require a proven Project Manager (ideally with background as a CA or hybrid CA/Estimator on Luxury-end projects), to come onboard at this exciting stage. Part of a tight-knit team, you will be responsible for: - Managing high-end architectural builds from contract prep to delivery - Managing take offs, BOQs & contracts - Being the contact point for the client throughout the build - Managing site teams, ensuring programs & build times are met - Coordinating, liaising and influencing a range of key stakeholders - Financial management, forecasting, budgeting What you'll require: - Trade or Degree/Diploma-level within a building-related discipline - 3-5 years’ experience working as a CA OR PM on Architectural builds $2M - Past Estimating Experience or familiarity with Take-offs & BOQs - Proven experience managing Luxury-end clients - Experience using building management software - Ability to liaise/drive various internal and external stakeholders - Full unrestricted Australian working rights Sound good?
